My Approach

Individualized Sessions

Every person's cognitive profile is unique. I create a tailored coaching plan based on your specific needs, challenges, and goals—not a one-size-fits-all program.

1

ADHD & Performance Coaching

Generally 3 months of weekly sessions, then transitioning to bi-weekly

2

Recovery & Rehabilitation

Generally 3-6 months of weekly sessions for concussion recovery or intensive brain health work

Cognitive Energy Focus

Cognitive energy is the energy used for thinking, focusing, and making decisions. Just like physical energy, it can be depleted—and restored.

Through coaching, you'll learn to recognize your cognitive patterns, identify what drains your mental energy, and build sustainable strategies to restore clarity throughout your day.

The result: less mental fatigue, sharper focus, and the ability to show up fully for what matters most.

Flexible Access

Sessions are conducted virtually, making cognitive coaching accessible no matter where you are. This flexibility allows you to receive support from the comfort of your home or office.

Meet Doreen Bridgman

MS, CCC, SLP-CBHC — Licensed in Florida & New Jersey

With over 30 years of experience in cognitive rehabilitation, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals facing cognitive challenges. I employ a compassionate, evidence-based approach to each client.

I believe that everyone deserves the right to have control over their lives. When cognitive functioning is reduced—whether from ADHD, injury, or illness—you can lose that control and independence.

My goal is to help you regain control and restore your independence through personalized cognitive strategies that work for your life.
