The Cognitive Coach, operated by Doreen Bridgman, MS, CCC, SLP-CBHC, provides brain health coaching services for:

• Individuals with ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder)
• Concussion and traumatic brain injury recovery
• Peak performance and executive functioning
• Stress and burnout recovery
• Family cognitive wellness
• Business leaders and teams
• Other cognitive concerns

Services are provided through virtual (telehealth) sessions nationwide. Doreen Bridgman is licensed in Florida and New Jersey.

3. Important Disclaimers

Not Medical Advice

The cognitive coaching services provided by The Cognitive Coach are educational and coaching in nature. While Doreen Bridgman is a licensed healthcare provider (Speech-Language Pathologist and Cognitive-Behavioral Health Coach), the coaching services offered through this website:

• Are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or therapy
• Do not establish a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship unless explicitly stated
• Should not replace consultation with your primary healthcare provider

4. Telehealth Consent

By using our virtual coaching services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand the nature and limitations of telehealth services
• You will participate from a private, secure location
• You have a reliable internet connection suitable for video sessions
• Technical difficulties may occur and may require rescheduling
• Emergency services should be contacted directly in case of emergency

5. Account Registration

If you create an account on our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

6. Payments and Pricing

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session receive a full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours may be rescheduled but are not eligible for refund
• Package purchases may be refunded for unused sessions within 30 days of purchase
• No refunds for completed sessions

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of The Cognitive Coach and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Share coaching materials or session content with others
• Record sessions without prior written consent
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
